Dr. Adena Blickstein, MD, MPH is a holistic child psychiatrist specializing in child psychiatry and Integrated Energy Therapy. With a fellowship from Westchester Medical Center and a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University, she focuses on repairing, enhancing and creating sustainable flourishing and mutually beneficial parent-child relationships. Dr. Blickstein has researched the TiRAT protocol, trauma-informed relational attunement training aimed at training physicians, parents, and educators in attunement skills, proven to enhance resilience and reduce mental health symptoms in children and adolescents. As the CEO and founder of Teal Dragon Healing, LLC, an integrative pediatric psychiatry practice in Stamford, Connecticut, she applies her expertise in her practice specialising in reunification of alienated parents and their children. She spends her time raising her two adolescent boys in Stamford and her partner and step children and step dog in Boston Mass.
